When you gain fat it stores not only in areas such as the belly or the face, it also stores in the throat area, narrowing your air passage when you sleep. By keeping control of your weight you will easily prevent this snoring cause.</li>
<li><strong>Don’t sleep flat on your back</strong>. Sleeping on your back increases your chances of developing snoring issues, given that in this position you’re the flesh of your throat relaxes to a point that it ends up blocking the air passage. A solution to back-sleepers is to use a tennis ball inside a sock and attach it to the back of your pajamas.
